Who Has the Right to File A Wrongful Death Lawsuit in the State of Michigan?

The State of Michigan statute on wrongful death grants authority to family members to file a lawsuit for the wrongful death of another family member. This filing with the state is for compensation due to an accidental loss of life or deadly incident.
